Hi, healthy nation! I am Tanzir, the founder of health-garden. In this page, you know little about me, so here it goes:

I am a healthy man and researcher. I love to research about health and other related issues. The questions about health issues interested me. I love to research and try the solutions myself. Then I give my decisions about diet, weight, skin, beauty and other health problems.

Why I write a blog? I am not a doctor or health specialist. There is no special degree beside my name. I am just a guy who loves to know about health. And I want to share all my experience and research through this blog.

Back in days, when I was a college student. I love to eat junk foods and drink the carbonated beverage. As a result, my weight went to 90 kg from 72 kg. I didn't care at all.

My blood pressure was also high. I was obsessed and failed to do my daily works. The excessive food taking and lack of exercise caused many health problems.

The junk foods and beverage also triggering my acne problem. I was helpless and also depressed. I really needed a solution to my health problems.

You are the only one who can help yourself. Yes! The main solution is hiding in you. I was determined to cut out my fats and remove acne from my face. That determination helps me to solve all my problems.

I have reduced my weight from 90 kg to 78 kg in 2 months. However, I never join a gym because I hate it. My skin problems have also gone. How? Some good health practice and natural diet.

I know there are lots of people who deal with health problems in daily life. I have experienced the over-weight, acne, high cholesterol, anxiety, obesity, and depression. I know how a man and woman feel when they experienced these problems.

Healthy food habits and light exercise really helpful for good health. You don't have to push hard to control the weight.

Light exercises such as play football, jogging in the morning and other outdoor games increase your metabolism. I love to play football in every morning. I also walk in the evening and it gives me pleasure too.

Today, I have a beautiful and healthy life. I want to help you all. Don't think my journey is over here. It starts from here now.
